DJI introduced the new Mavic Air 2 folding quadrocopter, which replaced its “younger brother” – Mavic Air.
The new generation received an improved 48-megapixel camera, support for shooting 4K video at a speed of 60 frames per second, and a time-lapse of 8K. In addition, you can record videos in 4K resolution and at 30 fps and 240 fps 1080p.
The manufacturer claims that the quadrocopter received an artificial intelligence system with improved terrain recognition. At the same time, the device became a bit heavier: it weighs 570 grams, instead of the previous 430 grams. However, this allowed increasing the flight time – up to 34 minutes.
DJI Mavic Air 2 has already begun to be sold in China at a price of $ 799, The international start of sales is scheduled for mid-May.
