Description

DJI Phantom is a remote-controlled drone that is used for aerial photography. In this review, I will be discussing the pros and cons of this drone, what can be used for photo shooting and some of the features and specifications that I would want to look at in it. DJI Phantom has one of the best sensor technology on the market and it has a 6-axis gimbal to compensate for wind, currents, and terrain.

The pros – is the main thing here. To start with, it has a very good image quality, so the images are rich in colors and very sharp. It can take good photos with the low light conditions and I’m very confident about the image quality. So, this is a pro drone.

The cons are the price, you have to pay for this drone. While I think it is worth it, there are other drones out there which do the same functions and are much cheaper. Also, the propellers on the front of the DJI Phantom are made of plastic, making them extremely hard and more prone to damage.

Some Pros – is the way how the props work and how the GPS works. It has a 2-way radio and the GPS system does not have an altitude alarm. So if the pilot is not paying attention, he or she can crash the drone to the ground.

One thing that I would like to see in the pro drone – is the remote control function. I think it should have this, but the DJI Phantom Professional would also work fine. You can use it to direct the drone to go back to you, but then it would be a lot more complicated.

One thing that I think the pros would do better than the beginner drone is going up and down hills. This is because, with the professional, you can have much more control over the altitude. Also, the pilot will be much more familiar with the setup of the drone as well.

Overall, the pros of the DJI Phantom Pro Drone should not outweigh the cons of it. I will definitely get another DJI Phantom to enjoy with.
