Masking tape has so many uses, it’s amazing that a lot of people don’t know about them. For those of you who have never seen a mask used before, here’s how to do it: First, use masking tape on the end of the string to make a loop. Then, pull it tightly. This will leave a loop that your mask will hang through.
Next, place your face in the mask to see if it fits comfortably. If it doesn’t fit comfortably, it’s time to re-measure. It’s generally a good idea to keep your head fairly flat to get the most of the effect. It’s also important to get your ears correct as well as your nose, as these are the two parts of the mask that need to be most correct to stay in place.

Now, using your thumb and forefinger, press the sides of the mask together and mold it to your face by moving your head around. Put the mask on over your head. Then you should take a moment to look at your face in the mirror and see how it looks in the suit, it should fit perfectly.
The next step is to wrap the rest of the mask with masking tape. Make sure you put enough tape on to ensure that the mask does not slip off your face while you’re wearing it. If you’re wearing the mask and you have anything on your face that can hinder your face from getting into the proper shape, try wearing the mask without the masking tape on.
You should now want to attach your ears to the mask. Simply get a pair of scissors and cut the tape on the front of the mask. Do the same thing on the back of the mask.
Finally, put the mask on. It’s important to wear it right now – you don’t want to wait to have someone look at it in time for the party. You should be able to take it off yourself without having to ask anyone else to help you.
